The homegrown talent needs to be nurtured so that it does not have to go elsewhere to flourish. We are blessed with bilingual/bi-cultural assets that should be recognized and appreciated.

I think it would be great if the FilmSA office was a completely separate office and could be housed in a full production facility. I want to see my friends in the industry here be able to have more steady work. We also need to keep trying to get better tax incentives to attract more productions to want to shoot here. Good luck you have my support!

I think it would be great if the FilmSA office was a completely separate office, It should be in the center of production facilities. I would like to see changes so my friends in the film & commercial industry can have steady work in San Antonio. I am hopeful that our tax incentives will get better to attract Good luck everyone!

i can think of no reason why a film or television series set in San Antonio should not be shot in San Antonio.

I live in San Antonio and I am also an Actress/Executive Film Producer.. I have done a few independent films here in our town and I would like it that way..we need all the help we can get so we can continue to work here in our beautiful town of the Alamo.. There's so much talent here that I'm proud to be a part of this group.. Let's make our city the new Texas Hollywood..:)

There is a treasure-trove of talent in the San Antonio area--but very little opportunities to use acting and musical theatre skills. So the talent usually goes elsewhere for work. We need these initiatives in place ASAP to keep talent here.
