Please fix our ferry system. Vashon is the red-headed stepchild of the system and gets the worst service.

My family (two of us on island and 4 who visit) depend on the ferry system just like all the other islanders, island employees who live off island and visitors. We work hard to support ourselves and our community. Because of rising housing prices we depend on off-islanders to come here to work for island businesses and island businesses depend on people who work off island and bring their paychecks home. The "system" WSF has now is going to cripple this economy unless something is done - like going back to something that really did work better or using technology to make loading more efficient, like an Orca card reader. Let's get it right!

Your systems are not working for Vashon residents. Long lines with sailings when boats are not full, cancellations due to an insufficient number of crew, and limited sailings due to broken boats. The impact on our community is huge. Please spend some time to develop workable solutions to these continued problems. Thank you.

Pre-ticketed vehicles must be allowed to bypass the booths. Boats must leave full when the customers to fill them are present.

I can accept long lines because of high demand, but I have seen an abundance of evidence that mismanagement is the true culprit and it is not being taken seriously by WSF.

As much as we would like the boats to run on time, ferries leaving the dock half full with a line of cars waiting 1 to 2 hours is unacceptable.

The current plan to ticket and load passengers/ cars is not working. Ferries leaving he dock 1/2 full while cars wait in line for 2 hours is unacceptable!
