Too many boats leave partially full while cars are in line to get on. The people on the other side want the boats full for them, so fill them. Don't make the schedule the #1, make getting people to their destination #1.

The ferry system is part of our state highway system and deserves the same respect. Waste of money and time should not be tolerated.

I have lived on Vashon (98070) for 31 years and commuted to Seattle for over 15. Ferry loading at Fauntleroy is the worst I have ever experienced. van pools bypass the ferry booth but pre-ticketed cars are not allowed to do so. Many suggestions from ferry riders are ignored. I've been directed to the wrong lane by ferry workers even though I have my purple Vashon card in the window. Paper receipts are a waste and a new 'requirement' that is inefficient. I could go on. Listen to the ferry riders!
