Will WA state release the Vashon car numbers for 2016 in order to compare to the numbers of Vashon cars for 2017. I find it hard to believe the ferries are experiencing increased numbers to account for these daily delays. No airline could operate like WA state ferries and stay in business.

I've been riding the ferry boats for 55 years Washington State still can't figure out it's called Vashon Island it's an island not like Southworth or Bremerton where you can drive around it's furiating watching a boat pole the way I would rather have a late boat than a boat that doesn't load full of cars or drives right by the island because it filled up in South worth it's ridiculous highest time for the state to pull their head out and put somebody in charge and knows what the hell they're doing

Deplorable service. A disgraceful example of bad management. Fees continue to rise as service erodes further. Move the cars and fill the boats. No private business would survive with this track record

This new system of service is a non-service. Service serves the need. Please address this. There should not be boats leaving partially full when passengers were in the queue well before departure time.

We all know that discontinuation of the hand held scanners at Fauntleroy has been a complete disaster. You are not fooling anyone!

I've been riding this ferry for 25 years. The service has gone down tremendously over the last several years. The ferry service is part of Washington's highway system. It needs to be dependable. Vashon is an island with no bridge. We shouldn't be stranded as often as we are. We need to be heard.
