The volume of support has reached a level where we can now pivot to formal outreach. I am currently drafting a letter for Fileplanet representatives to demand a review of their current download policies.

Fix this nonsense. Nobody wants to wait 5 minutes for a simple driver update.
Fileplanet has really gone downhill lately. The wait times are just annoying and unnecessary.

Ridiculous that I have to sit and watch a timer just to get a file. Used to be so much easier than this.
total waste of time. i just want the file not an ad.
