Internet service sucks. I've had it for 3 months and had to call at least 5 times because the Internet went out.

My internet is so slow I can hardly do my work. It just gets worse and worse daily. You never know if you will be able to get on the Internet.

Service is horrible. our location limits us from other options. Common to get.24mbps. We've been sent numerous new routers/modems in an attempt to fix, exhausted of calling to have to go through the same steps over and over.

Have used frontier for the past 2 years.. lately has been the worst! We upgraded thinking with more devices we needed to. But having to reset the router 3-4 times a day is ridiculous! And calling customer service is a joke. No help at all.

Our internet has been dropping constantly over the past year or so and the up and down frontier promised has not happened

Slow, doesn't work properly, have to turn the router box off a couple times a day. Hasn't worked good in several months.

My internet is slow and unpredictable at times, anytime it rains or snows it gets even slower, never could get HD video on YouTube and site like it. I believe it horse crap paying for a service that dont deliver.

Hasn't work moreally than 2-3 days a week for last year or so. And if it does work it's slower than 1989 dial up!!

My internet is extremely slow and i pay a lot for the slow internet we recieve. They need to update their lines!

Terrible internet and phone service. Their fees are so expensive , but they know we have no other options in our area, so they can charge what ever they want. What fast internet service, this is a joke.

So glad something is finally be done about the way this company has taken advantage of people knowing most will just pay because unfortunately frontier is their only option.
