He should be set free until a grad jury has had time to here the whole story I think he should be set free and not be punished by incipient lawyers and if need be lets try a go fund me page to get him out and make sure he has proper legal Defense !

I'm from Kentucky,and it is a horrible surprise that my home state doesn't have this law. He is in jail for protecting himself which by the looks of his injuries he had right to do!

We need to be able to protect ourselves and our homes!!!! That should always be upheld. If someone comes into your home and you didn't invite them there or they try to harm you or steal from you then their butt should be paid for!!!! No one should go to jail for defending themselves specially in their own home!!!

Our Judicial System is tainted. There is no reason why this man should be incarcerated. The intruders deserved to be shot and killed so that tax payer dollars are not utilized to house these criminals.
