Anyone In this situation would of done the same thing.. It's not innocent until proven guilty its guilty until proven innocent in Ky.. The justice system is beyond messed up.. Free this man he was only protecting himself!!

The law is the law, if what i read here is true, then why is this man even in jail. This is America and as long as you operate within the boundaries you should not be incarcerated.,

As a person, we have the right to protect ourselves. This man was beat. They came back to finish him off. They got what was coming to them

I'm signing, unbelievable three punks, breaks into a man's home and beats him this way and now he goes to jail. It was self-defense anyone would have done the same thing, I know I would have. They broke into his home and assaulted him an beat him like this. If he hadn't protected himself, what do you think they would have done to him. Doesn’t he have the right to self-defense. What should he have done, lay down and let the kill him, he was protecting himself and his home. I believe he will be freed!!
