Sort it out Stirling Council. Absolute disgrace that an amazing hardworking women could be pushed out of her premises due to this decision. Not only am I a member of the spa but also a member of The Peak and also use the facilities with my 6 year old who benefits greatly from the many activities that Active Stirling support.

Disgraceful that local government money has been spent to set up a thriving community enterprise just to be handed over to a commercial organisation only interested in maximising profit.

Stirling council should be ashamed of themselves. A London based company registering as a charity in Scotland so they can meet criteria.
Luxury Lives is owned by a graduate of Stirling University, She was given a loan to set up a business from Business gateway within the sports complex. She has built a business from nothing and used the loan to kit out rooms she leased and now may have to leave the rooms behind if Active Stirling are PUSHED OUT. Against all the odds she has a business model which works within the centre and has increased employment within Stirling and has a strong following with regular fee paying clients.
What are you playing at Stirling Council!
Time the council consider economic impacts!
Why help start a businesswith grants and loans then when the business flourishes take steps to jeopardise a business who has offered good service to local participants and created employment!

Ppl have worked hard to build up their business and I wouldn't like to see it being taken away because of a new management team coming in
