I don’t visit the art shop much but it’s good to know it’s there if I need anything and the people in there seems really nice and they know what they’re doing

No way are they getting rid of jim and jo! Those two helped me through the most stressful time in my fine art course, and how can they say it cuts costs when that shop gets more customers then the student shop? save jim and jo!

I use this when I need some thing right away and not in a couple of days. It's good to be able to go in and see some one and ask some questions

this company is imperative in supporting the students in providing them with the necessary equipment for their studies. do not close this shop down.

I have just signed and shared this petition. Jo working in partnership with Jim has created this magnificient art shop - its just one of the best assets we have. How little managment understand the depth of feeling there is amongst staff and students for this art shop and the Jo and Jim!

Such a essential resource for the students. I used it so much, and wouldn't of been able to do alot of my projects that I was set without the instant access to it

NO! The art shop is a fundamental part of any of the arts courses at staffs uni! Jo & Jim have assisted our theatre degree many a time when we’ve needed hardcore supplies to hold pieces of or staging and props together. Save jo and Jim!

The university needs to take a very long, hard look at itself. It has more students than ever before, paying greater fees, and more staff on incredible salaries. Perhaps if the cuts were made at the top, there would be funds available to allow these good people to remain in post.
Perhaps if there was better fiscal management of the breathtaking funds the university manages, no cuts need to be made at all.

The Creative arts are as Important as Science, Art is one of humans biggest development enhancements as well as creating the colour of our lives so let us keep the art shop.

I rely on the art shop and it’s staff as they help when you are stuck and are unsure what you need, I will be lost if this shop goes. It is also my favourite place on campus!

It’s a crucial resource for many, right in the university’s centre. I’m against any spending cuts resulting in redundancies - especially in this instance.

I'm Alumni, but the Art Shop was awesome and was definitely a bonus for students on creative courses! Please don't get rid of it!!! T-T
