I dont live in the area but I have to agree with the residents of this area. I might want to move there someday and I wouldn't want that either!

Let's hope this isn't a donr deal! Why not refurbish the building on Ford Street?

It is imperative to the harmony, connectedness and cohesiveness of the community to keep it residential. To do anything different would be a great disservice to its residents and the history and atmosphere of the area.

As a former resident of the hill top area, I appreciate the tranquility and peacefulness of this section of the Valley. I have family and friends who live in the area and it would incredibly disrupt their lives. To build an infrastructure that would take away the beauty, disrupt the landscape, and devalue homes is ludicrous.

Approval of this project would show a complete disregard for the area residents.

We chose to live here because of the natural surrounding. You have an empty nursing facility right down on Ford. This will disrupt our peaceful living area , with more traffic and more noise. Why not a nature reserve and save the wildlife

Keep it residential, use the building on Ford Street i realize it might cost a bit more to revitalize it. Isn’t the wildlife worth keeping our town charming and inviting .view of farming area and wild life.

I don’t believe this is necessary as there is a vacant senior center about a mile and a half away that could be an assisted living center. Reduce Reuse Recycle.

I lived in Ansonia for 27 years and my mother still lives on the hilltop. It would be a disservice and disruption to the community to commercialize the residential areas of Ansonia.

Rezoning residential areas in communities the size of Ansonia is unwise. There’s no need for this action.

No zone change. Keep residential neighborhoods as it is now
