An assisted living facility alone would jam up traffic on these cow paths that are accepted as roads. Add in multi story apartments complexes, I'd say it will be a mess.

I have many family members who live in Ansonia and friends as well. They have spent a majority of their lives there!! None of these people want the residential areas changed!

Please do not build commercial buildings on the hilltop I do live there and do not want to see increases in traffic and the repercussions it will have on the wildlife. I already have coyotes in my yard.

I approved the original subdivision for single family homes 15 years ago. This area should remain residential. There are plenty of alternate sites in town.
