Absolute disgrace that its even being considered to not allow flowers on loved ones benches. My very dear friend died 2 years ago and her family have a bench in her name that we lay flowers at reguarly to remember her.

Disgusting to ban flowers. You are worse than the EU for wasting time and money on trivialities. Shame on you

Health and safety in this country has gone totally nuts.
Let's worry about drugs and needles left lying around Dogs fouling on the promenade now there's an issue with health and safety
Flowers are not a health and safety issue
DDC get a grip and allow people to show how much they love and miss there loved ones

Why not say that people can only leave certain things on the benches instead of banning this altogether.

Why do the "little people" keep getting stamped on in times of vulnerability, grieving for loved ones, whilst those in power have a life so different and play by different rules?

No consideration or consultation with the people of Deal about this decision. It would be interesting to see how many injuries have been sustained in the past 10 years through the flowers tributes

Incredulous & extremely insensitive! Spend ur paid time by us by doing things that improve our society and make a difference, not making pathetic decisions.
