The idea to stop this is 100% disgusting and immoral, who ever had the idea in first place should be ashamed, there is nothing wrong with remembering loved one's - this is ludicrous

Absolutely disgraceful. Let people have their tributes to loved ones who have passed! Beautiful walking along seeing the flowers!

Its a great comfort to people who have lost a loved one to put flowers here on the benches and to people walking the seafront it is lovely to read messages and see the beautiful flowers. What has the world come to banning this kind of thing...unbelievable.

How disrespectful of the council to say people can't remember loved ones with flowers on benches. What nonsense! I love walking along seeing the flowers left for people and who have sadly passed
