This is bloody disgusting of the council , to think that people go and sit to remember there loved ones , and take flowers please tell us what is so wrong with this ?????????????? When there are so many disbicable things going on around us should be taking these issues up and leave the bereaved alone .

This is a new low for DDC. Let's pick on mourning people and use H/S for an easy scapegoat.

Ridiculous ban, and we pay our taxes to employ somebody to come up with this idea. Come on Deal Council where are you in this?

I have only recently moved back to Deal but have loved seeing the flowers on the benches. I'm totally in a quandary as to how they are a health and safety issue. DDC needs to come to their senses.

They are not dangerous and are pretty to look at . If anything remove the tributes on roads as they are dangerous as people look at them whilst driving .

Saw a sign up today, it's a mindless action & a horrible situation to put the families of these loved and cherished people that are no longer with us here on earth. Theres no way it can be a health risk. It's beautiful to see all the flowers bright and cheery along the front. I dont understand it, It's ludicrous!

I am signing the petition against the ban of flowers on memorial benches! These benches are for the family of loved ones to remember their loved ones and show their respect!to family they have lost! To the people who are trying to stop this! Get a life you sad people!

Leave the flowers alone. Allow the families and everyone passing by the enjoyment of them.
