Pet owners should have the right to feed their pets however they choose. Nobody regulates how human children are fed, so why should our pets be any different.

When my Lab mix was ten years old, he was diagnosed with Hermangiocarcoma, and had to undergo a splenectomy to remove the cancer. I immediately switched his food from grain-free kibble to a raw food diet. He began to grow stronger and his whole demeanor changed. He was less moody, had more energy, and was more like the playful pup he used to be. Without having access to raw dog food companies, I would've lost him! Pet owners should not ever have to subject their beloved fur babies to dog food that must undergo high-pressurized pasteurizing, that many studies have shown, will most likely cause health problems to their dogs as they age! WE MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE THE CHOICE BETWEEN DRY KIBBLE AND RAW DOG FOOD!!!

I fully support an owner's choice to feed their pets raw.

I have been feeding dogs raw diets for years. The federal govt ought to focus on major dry and can kibble manufacturers and watch the sead, diseased and dying products used in their foods killing our dogs and causing cancer.

Raw Food only for my pets

The government is overstepping and has been doing things that are completely illegal for decades. When and why have we become a dictatorship and stood by on the sidelines to allow this. If people continue to look away at things like this soon you will have no say in any thing, like what goes into your body or where you go and how much of something you use.

Do not trust FDA with regard to pet food

Wow the FDA is so worried about raw food hurting human beings, why is glyphosate still on the market that is killing more humans than any raw dog food. Boy do they have their priorities messed up. Oh ya it's all about the money not about the health of the people.

My dog is much healthier and energetic with raw feeding. We went this route because he will NOT eat any type of high quality kibble we have tried. He will basically starve without access to good quality raw. PERIOD

We deserve the right to feed raw food to our dogs!
