Raw was a life saver for several of my cats and for many foster kittens.

I believe a pet owner should be allowed to feed their pet what they (and science) consider a to be nutritionally beneficial for their pet.

We should be able to feed out pets what we think is the best.

My Gucci died of CHF, Cushionings Disease, and aggressive bone cancer. And it was all because of his food! I had to put him down suddenly. I could NOT live with that sudden void in my life. So I adopted my Kenji. Give me the right to feed my dog what I think it's best for him

Please don't limit our right to feed our animals the way we choose!

I have fed my last two dogs raw food and they both thrived!!! I think we, as Americans, should be able to feed our dogs as we see fit. We don't want to feed kibble which is so unhealthy . Stop allowing big pet food companies, with unlimited funds, to sway regulators.

Raw food has been the best decision we ever made for our dogs!! They are so incredibly healthy! They did terrible w kibble! Do not take that away from us!!!

This is so ridiculous... animals drink out of puddles, they eat days old food, they lick their butts, all with no issues. Their system is MADE to eat raw, and deal with things that would make us sick... the fda is going after them NOT because theyre worried about pets but because they’re in MAR’s pocket and MARS wants you to have to feed their crappy food. How many deaths/sicknesses have come from kibble/canned???? These big food companies come up with a new twist to get your money snd everyone jumps on the bandwagon until pets start dying.... like the grain free that they’re now showing is causing heart issues/deaths. Stay out of it and allow people to take care of their pets the way the see fit... can’t go any worse then their track record!

I’ve been feeding a balanced raw food to my dogs for 40+ years. Our government should not be meddling with a pet owner’s right to feed raw or kibble!

My cats loved RAD CAT which 7 months ago had to close. It was made in Portland, OR and the small company provided health care for their employees. Now we feed RAWR which is produced in California.

Now is the time for all those responsible for b the oversight of the pet food industry to step up and do the right thing. It is long overdue for the protection if our rights to make the choices and decisions to buy and feed raw or minimally processed food to our pets! Please respect the large number of us who are educated and well versed and researched in dog food for the longevity of our furbabies! Please cease with the Zero Tolerance policies!! We are striving for long healthy lives for them. Too many pet owners are losing their pets way too soon due to these policies!!
