Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

This is a very important issue for our pets. Answers and raw are so greatly superior to kibble but the public have been brainwashed to think otherwise. I will keep feeding my pets raw, always.

It's a shame the government entities and regulators of pet food have lowered themselves to working for the major components of the pet food manufacturing companies instead of having the best interest of the pets and the public at heart. Shame on the FDA, the USDA, the AAFCO, and all the lobbying groups such as PIJAC, NAIA, PFI, and even PNA, along with WSAVA because all of them are self-serving, mercenary groups.

There is science behind feeding raw to pets. Many trials have been done and show that those fed real food thrived while those fed kibble did not. the biggest thing with dry is no one is guarding the hen house, so to speak. Anything and everything is being put into the feed and it's creating more problems than it needs to. I feed raw because my dog developed allergies and other ailments on kibble. Once on raw, 90% of those issues are gone. I feel bad for those who just don't know the difference. Leave the raw industry alone.

The FDA appears to be abusing its power of discretion to avoid enforcing health and safety laws for big pet food manufacturers, while creating impossible hurdles for the raw pet food industry. This selective treatment must stop.

Answers is the best supplier for those of us that feed a healthy balanced diet.

The FDA needs to follow the law and not impede on the companies producing raw food that so many dogs and cats thrive on.

I tired of government corruption. The FDA & other agencies are swamps that need to be cleaned out. We need people of integrity in these agencies instead of greedy bought & paid for elite.

I’ve fed raw pet foods for many years with only healthy results. Can’t say the same for kibble especially from the large companies. Please enforce the laws!

Great company. Stop being so ridiculous FDA, its common sense.

I strongly urge the FDA require pet food manufacturers to abide by mandated laws and regulations, not mere guidance nor suggestions. Small family-owned and independent pet food companies MUST be allowed to compete with the mega-corporations.
