Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

Arbitrary, uninformed & unscientific regulation regarding feeding a species appropriate raw diet to pets scientifically identified as carnivores needs to be stopped immediately! The freedom to choose a healthy diet for our pets should not be infringed upon or influenced by the deep pockets of lobbyists.

No FDA is going to dictate to me what I feed my pet! The GMO industry sees pet food as a huge monetary source and the money whores at the FDA who are easily paid off and bribed can easily be bought. Well FDA you have a fight on yoir hands! We won’t tolerate GMO see you in litigation across this land!

Shame on the government. People have a right to feed their pets nutritional foos while you allow big businesses/companies to produced and sell to the public food that has been tainted....With no calling this huge companies out

I feed raw to my dogs from a respected pet food company. Never had a problem! Grocery raw food for humans does not carry zero tolerance!!

I have been feeding our kitties raw since 1995. One must of course take precautions with raw meat but it is the healthiest diet one can feed and now with many good companies you can actually have pre-made delivered. I have had several kitties that were fed low kibble (dried food) and after switching the funk in hears went away. Dandruff cleared up, energy levels improved as did overall health.

Short sighted regulation of our pet foods will lead to a market left to big pet food companies, who produce for profit first and not for the well being of animals first. As in human nutrition, pet food options should be available that honor the desire for biologically appropriate foods to feed our companion animals!

Unlike you, we care about what our animals eat. Shame on you...

I feed my pets raw for different health reasons and would hate to see this taken away.

As usual, big business and corporations look at only money and profit. We need to feed our pets healthy food to keep them healthy and with us for as long as we can have them. I request Congress and state legislatures to allow us to buy and feed our pets minimally processed foods. We should have the right to protect our pets.

We've been feeding our dogs raw for 5 years, it's better than the canned stuff the pet companies want us to cram down or pets!

Freedom of choice

Animals definitely need to eat raw food, cooked processed food for animals is the same as us eating cooked processed food. The benefits and the nutrient density of raw food is key to good health, the same goes for us! We just can’t eat raw meat except for sushi grade fish.

Please protect our freedom to choose raw foods.

It is more than 100 years passed due that we give pets what they truly need and deserve. Free the meat!!!

Acknowledge that balanced raw dood diets are superior for our pets and stop allowing commercial pet food companies to poison our pets.

I have been adding REAL raw food to my pets' diets since 1988. It makes healthy pets who live long, happy lives. Please don't mess with that.
