I have been feeding my 2 dogs raw since they were born. Their weight is good and no health issues.

I have fed raw to my dogs for years. No problems ever. My veterinarian is aware of my choice of diet.

It is important to have healthy choices for our pets. Supporting establishments that have high quality food and a clean environment is a must.

Government needs to be educated by the people and for the people and not big corporate interests. It is sickening and detrimental to our environment and all life on the planet to let government and corporations sleep together in the same bed.

Don't keep taking away our rights to have minimally processed healthy options for ourselves and our pets. This type of food is closer to what nature intended for our dogs and cats. Please understand and don't take one more thing away from citizens.

I feed raw and have seen great improvement in my dog who had cancer. I demand the right to feed the food I choose.

Sorry. The commercial pet food industry nearly killed my dog. He is now thriving on a raw diet. Keep America's pets healthy!

stop the unfair fda bias against raw pet food manufacturers. Raw food is species appropriate food for dogs and cats. The large pet food manufacturers that get by producing burnt kibble with unfit ingredients and canned foods with pentobarbital prove the fda is more concerned with money than pets.

Please protect my rights to feed my fur babies a raw diet, which is species appropriate.

I really DO NOT APPRECIATE my freedom of choice to buy raw or minimally processed commercial pet food for my dog being legislated away. Most local, state and federal legislation is about money, power and greed - NOT about what the people want. In this particular case, REGULATORS - without comprehensive sound science, are trying to make raw or minimally processed pet food appear dangerous when decades of science has proven numerous animal health benefits from such foods. "Better living through chemistry" – chemistry being the branch of science that deals with the identification of the substances of which matter is composed; the investigation of their properties and the ways in which they interact, combine, and change; and the use of these processes to form NEW substances. KEY WORDS - NEW substances: Man-Made-Stuff, if you just open up your eyes and look around you, you will see chemistry has created; poisoned food, water, air, sickness, etc. It is time for WE THE PEOPLE (CONSUMERS & VOTERS) to NO LONGER accept this insane behavior from any legislatures (be it local, state or federal) buy taking a stand and saying NO, WHICH IS A COMPLET SENTENCE. Do the right thing for once – our pets are our responsibility and we all deserve to be able to chose what we feed them. Enough said . . .

My pup has thrived on raw food. I lost 5 previous Golden Retrievers to cancer; feeding raw is the best offensive I have against this disease.

It is crystal clear as to what is going in in regard to both Grain Free Kibble AND Raw feeds. The top companies are buying the FDA essentially. We WILL not allow this to sway us from what we know, with any amount of common sense, to be true: 1) That carnivores need meat and not grains and fillers or food that is largely plant based protein. 2) Whole, Natural, as opposed to highly processed foods are what us BEST for any living being. The FDA by allowing themselves to be bought in this manner is simply convincing educated and well researched people to simply ignore them. I feed DIY no worries - MY dogs will NOT be effected by your lack of concern, dishonesty, and money grubbing.
