Fight for Your Right to Buy Minimally Processed Pet Food

My IBD cat cannot eat any commercial food without getting sick, and can only eat raw. Please do not close down the small family orgs selling raw food. Especially when the food comes from human grade sources and processed food is more likely to carry deadly bacteria! Also, look at longest lived cats for an example of what processed food did for the lifespan of animals!

My dogs thrive on RAW minimally processed food and have had strong and healthy senior years unplagued by diseases and infirmities normally associated with aging. STAY OUT OF MY RIGHT TO FEED MY PETS HEALTHY FOOD UNTAINTED BY YOUR MEDDLING!

These are healthy fir dogs!!

Please do not take away our right to choose how we feed our furkids just so big corporations can make even more money.

The difference in my dog’s health and personality is unbelievable since she has been on Answers raw food! It would be horrible to have to change her diet now.

Raw Dog food has saved my pets from the allergy medication that cause cancer. My 13 year old lab is happy and healthy (raw since 5) but would be dead right now if on a diet of kibble. No person or animal in my family has become sick from this diet!

Leave the raw pet food industry alone. I prefer the ability to feed my pet raw mix more with the natural way they were intended to eat. The pet food industry has a biased view of nutrition. Instead of looking at a normal diet and trying to match the food more closely to it.

I support the right and freedom of choice when it comes to feeding my pets. Don't block raw or minimally processed pet food companies.

Take away raw then you need to make dry food safe and chemical free. Pet food industry has failed to make food safe.

There is not enough sound research-based evidence to condemn raw feeding as any more dangerous than feeding poor quality and heavily processed commercial pet food products. This should be a decision made by the pet owner, not the government.

My dog has been raw fed since a pup. No one can believe she’s almost 12. Dogs are meant to eat raw meat and did for thousands of years until we invented dog food. It’s beneficial, not harmful, as kibble is.

My cat and dog are thriving on a raw diet that is specifically created for the unique nutritional needs of their species. They are happier, healthier, their costs are softer and shinier, and they have more energy.

Let my dog eat raw!

I believe consumers have the right to choose to feed raw food for their pet. Do not allow big business pet food companies to take that right away from us.

The FDA is showing its true colors again, just like with pharmaceuticals for humans - that it's being pressured by big [pet food] companies/manufacturers, instead of being guided by facts, science, and thousands (millions?) of positive results of feeding raw foods to pets. Welcome to a country that is completely run by the almighty dollar.

Without quality raw choices, I highly doubt my dog would still be alive
