This situation is so harmful to all of the children in the neighborhood! Multiple drugged out people passing out daily. Why aren’t our politicians protecting our city and their constituents???

It's a shame what the city is doing to our neighborhood. This must be reversed now

I’ve been a proud UWS resident for 22 years. It sounds like security at the hotels is a joke. The NYPD should be a strong presence In the area to deter crime while these men are being housed here. It is not illegal to be homeless but it sounds like things are getting out of hand. It is a quality of life issue. We have worked so hard to build a safe community for our children. Even before Covid, it was getting out of hand. Please keep the UWS safe.

What is visible on the street is that the people moved to this neighborhood are going on with their dangerous habits. If you are not planning to help them change their behavior, what difference does a room in a nice hotel make to them?

What’s wrong with the hotels in Times Square? There aren’t children going to school there and it isn’t residential.

Avoid Broadway between West 74th and West 75th. Clusters of men without masks, eating and drinking. Not safe for children (sex offenders) and not safe for Seniors (Covid).

Im ready to move my four children out of this neighborhood. It isn’t safe. Sad to leave but I have two daughters and I won’t let them walk on the streets now. At any hour. Constantly harassed. Guy pulled his penis out and started masturbating in front of my 10 year old this week. No thanks. We have means. Will go elsewhere.

The UWS - especially the 90’s, has been treated with significant abuse. The neighborhood has been saturated with converted housing - no other neighborhood in all of New York City - ALL 5 BOROUGHS - has this population. It increases as politicians such as Gale Brewer continue to saturate our neighborhood with SROs & low income housing.
