Being a long time pro de institutionalist and a person open to diversity, this program wreaks of a warehouse dumping of humanity. We all in the area are strong proponents of diversity, embracing all our rainbow of neighborhs. This forced, mass relegation of a great density of repeat offenders(sex, drugs, felons...) does nothing to diversify or improve our neighborhood. Putting children and adults in recidivist way has great potential harm. Not only to prospective victims, but post horrible event, clearly to the politico’s, planners and strategists careers. Property value loss, scenes of groups of unsupervised people (being witness to the placed consumers, there appears to be zero supervision outside ant facility) destined for supervision, frightened feelings of some long term area residents and the strong potential for them to be victimized is an awful thing for civil government to bestow on us. It’s near totalitarian. Advise to reconsider and thin the placement around town so to appear to effectively socially integrate these humans with asocial priorities into the pro social world. That’s how it’s meant to be done. Personally I’ve seen to this productive and humane method for years. It’s a big city. Use it all. Do not continue to warehouse humans where they may do the most harm in many ways. It goes a little like this: First do no harm!

Unacceptable. Sex offenders and addicts to descend in buckets to the most family And kid friendly Neighborhood.

These streets are getting absolutely ridiculous. I’m sure whoever organized this wouldn’t want their kids walking past these places.

How dare the city put children at risk in this family neighborhood?
