I have lived on the UWS for nearly 30 years. We had made so much progress! The streets were safe. Now they are filled with mentally unstable people who scream at passers by, leave syringes and bottles on our streets and risk COVID spread by not wearing masks. Please stop turning our neighborhood into Hotel Row for people who do not respect our streets.

We have a young daughter and recently bought a home in 83rd and west end Because it’s a wonderful place to raise a family and it’s terrifying for us and for her to walk around the neighborhood and go to the park. This must stop.
