It is absolutely disgraceful that a multi BILLION £/$ industry claims it cannot afford to use Goal Line Technology (a camera) to resolve absolutely awful refering decisions. Frank Lampards half volley which would have equaled the World Cup match vs Germany was cruely disallowed. To add insult to injury, the goal was replayed straight after, so a quick and just decission could have been made. Also, FIFA claim that it is too expensive, yet they have cameras in the goal itself? all it requires is somone to watch the game on a TV.
