Kosher vegans are real vegans...we can't eat vegetables that are too buggy and difficult to check (whole brussel sprouts) animal suffering is not permitted in our strict code of Jewish law (hunting for sport is strictly forbidden)...sometimes even the equipment that is used, keeps kosher food from being kosher because it is cooked or prepped on the same equipment as meat and dairy...
Jews are forbidden to proselytize Judaism and only permitted to proselytize the Universal Noahide Laws which explicitly forbids animal suffering and torture.
Yet when we go to the store we are -ironically- the ones with limited options...
We are kindly asking field roast to go kosher.
