FEE REDUCTION ON THIRD SEMESTER E-LEARNING
Dear Sir / Madam,
According to the current situation, we, parents of Repton School Dubai , appreciate the Institutions’ continuous support and we support the decision of the school’s closure for the safety of its students.However, we are finding the full fee payment for the Third Term’s ‘Distance Learning Program’ unjustified.
It is important to address that the online learning platform is not a complete alternate, but rather a supplement to the Term Education. Parents have to put in more than 8 hours per day, accompany our children to complete the daily assigned lessons, provide resources, stationary, technology, not to mention the added mental strain and pressure of working from home simultaneously. For example,Some parents need to work at home . It is very difficult to manage the children's online learning courses and their work . And it is more difficult for family having more children who are in different levels to balance. In addition, for those parents who are not eligible enough, it is even more difficult for them to complete this mission, they might need to pay extra to hire a tutor.
Moreover, Keeping the current situation in mind, the government has clearly created policies in place which gives the employers a choice to reduce the salaries.In addition to this, the children are not attending school for the entire semester, neither using the premises, utilities, facilities nor all extra circular activities which are now closed for the entire semester thus reducing the school’s costs.
Over the course of last few weeks, we have seen businesses and companies suffer, families across the city taking the brunt of this situation- most employees are being laid off, forced to take unpaid leave or are facing up to 30% pay cuts. Most Businesses are struggling and commercial activity has now come to a complete halt. It is a seriously difficult period for all of us. Considering these prevailing conditions, many schools in Dubai are supporting the parents and have announced reductions in fees.
As prominent education providers in the UAE, we expect Repton to lead the way by example and therefore, we collectively appeal to Repton Education for a minimum 30% Fees Reduction for the Third Term 'E-Learning Program'.We hope Repton school dubai will play its part. Please help us to tide over the difficulties .

1, Kids are not given the same quality education as they were at school from online learning, no matter from seesaw or zoom. 2, Many schools already announced tuition fee cut .It doesn’t make sense that Repton ,with relative high tuition, cannot manage the reduced normal expense due to school close.
Please kindly reduce the fees at least 30 to 50% . First of all , as the parents , we spend most of timing and we need to provide the facility. At the same time, As the current situation , most of us is facing the finincial issue . Either salary decuct or layoff.we are appreciate you could help us to through the difficulies.
Being together and stay together. We are expecting the support from school to the parent and children who is going through the crisis alone, losing job, salary cut is happening but still have to teaching the children at home, facing the strain and challenge alone. Please offer discounts or financial support to the student and families. Being together and stay together.

The online course is much more cost saving for the institution and it is similarly as other MBA course. Parents are offering support to the school on helping the children to learn, extra strain and pressure. There is no ECA or and children are not using the facility there should be cost saving for the school, it doesn’t make sense more of the schools are offering support to it’s student, but with relatively high tuition fee paid to Repton, there is no support given to the children from the school. Lots of parents are facing business closure or salary cuts soon or later.
