While shopping in our neighborhood stores, we should not have to listen to profanity music. Many of us travel with our friends and family into neighborhood retail stores and should not be subjected to hearing offensive, indecent material presented over the store speakers while we are putting money into their registers. Our kids are most vulnerable to the messages these vulgar lyrics promote and we seek to protect them by requesting that the stores we spend our money in, eradicate the practice of playing this type of music during shopping hours.
