I'm appalled at this. Especially at the fact they made the voice to text a cloud based, pay for feature vs built into the unit. Feel like they're just after extra money....unlike Ford who gave everyone Siri eyes free recently.

Was told siri eyes free would be available by an update that was coming. I'm now being told that won't happen.

Really hope that FCA reconsiders the situation and decides to update older devices so they can maintain their customers.
