Why do we need a commemoration from English elitists? One thing for sure it's a publicity stunt and if allowed it can stunt the pride of an independent football nation

Are you still able to 'tidy up' both versions of the text?
Also, it'd be a good idea to include the bit from the Cym that is left out of the English version ("...ac ni ddylent gael yr hawl i ddefnyddio'r digwyddiad ar gyfer eu dibenion cyhoeddusrwydd ei hun, yn groes i ddymuniadaur llawer iawn o gefnogwyr..."). I don't think this omission re how the royals are seeking to use this for self-publicizing ends radically affects the thrust of English version but it is unfortunate. in my opinion.
Well done on getting this off the ground! In a constructive spirit, I think it'd be good in future to ensure that, before publication, the texts are edited by one of the many good bilingual writers/translators.
