The emails I receive from students struggling to access basic care are heavy and confirm that the current system is failing us. I am pushing for a meeting to address these delays because it is unacceptable to leave anyone vulnerable for weeks on end.

Ridiculous. We need these cards on day one. A month is way to long to wait when you don't have coverage.
Spent 2 hours at the center waiting for a letter just to get a checkup. total waste of time.
Too slow. The current system is stressful for international students who are just trying to settle in.
So worried about getting sick and not having my health card ready. Please make this faster.
it is actually scary not having insurance when you first arrive. what if something happens during that first month? fix this.

GET IT SORTED. students shouldn't have to carry around paper letters because the school cant print a card fast enough.
