Abducters msut be jailed, period. Parents or third party alike. If there is something wrong, to solve the problems there are courts. Use it or be jailed for the child abduction and abuses of child rights.

Your son is a well deserved father. Hope I will do my best to be like him. He has a right to be with his daughter. That's natural. The thing that is happening around your son and ground-daughter f**ked with me. It's unnatural and will not be allowed.

Japanese state-sponsored and condoned child abduction: a peculiar and abhorrent hypocrisy and crime to which every child unfortunate enough to be within the borders of Japan is at extreme risk. May the hatred of the world for Japan rain vengeance upon it forever. And may the love of parents for their children no longer be transformed into a punitive screw that Japan twists into the hearts of parents and children everywhere, every day.

I find it appaling that this conduct is allowed: No child should ever be seperated from a Parent or a Parent from a child it is unnatural & quite barbaric: How is this conduct permitted::

Max has earned his right and has proven his value in Japan. He should be granted the visa to stay with his family.

I am so sorry for what has happened to you, and I hope immigrations has the sense to overturn what appears to be an arbitrary decision. Hang in there, Max.

I hope everything works out. Why force him out of the country if he is a good resident and is in no way harming his wife and child?!! His own mother is here, even!

This cruel behavior must be stopped once and for all. For a country as civilized and respected world-wide this happens all too frequently. When will the Japanese government not only take notice but take action in a responsible way much like many civilized countries. Enough is enough!
