why would you waste parents' and children's time to commute? nothing is lost by phone conference. If you "need" to "see" parents, then choose zoom, facetime, etc.

Phone / Zoom is just fine the way it is. Not all parents have reliable transportation or can get off work . Not all jobs are understanding.

I'm a mother with 2 special needs kids I don't drive. I remember taking my daughter somewhere in Brooklyn to get an evaluation back in the early 2000 it was horrible she would flip out with the people the noise it was overwhelming and exhausting for both the parents and child I rather the phone it's easier to see the child in there true environment

Don’t go backwards!! Nooo. This is the worse thing we can do. Move forward with the technology. Our wait lists have been a lot less with telehealth services.
