Yes, CR England is doing something alike, because every time I put in a application, the trucking companies tell me that CR England have something on my DAC report that I should look at.

I left my last trucking job just so i could work for a bigger company, for security.
I got hired after orientation. All of a sudden my former employer viewed his voicemail and heard a message left by hirering company asking about me.
The former employer called them back and blassed me off. Just by word to mouth. the hirering company (hartland express) decide to unhire me. Im so tired of this.
We the people need to take control back of our lives instead of these desk head burreaucrates. I have an idea !
lets have a strike. A nice boycott just for a couple of days. Nationwide,yeah!
Not all truck drivers but only the fuel haulers. No fuel no transport for all right! That would get there attentions and respect that we deserves,for the real people who brings food to there tables...

It is arduous to correct a false or inaccurate report. The system is arbitrary and unfair to drivers. There are some companies that understand this and do not subscribe to DAC but too many do.

Hello how are you doing today sir . My last job was 2/8/12 and i have been off from work for 2yrs i was team driver for us xpress and we was in fort lauderdale, fl and i was in the sleeper birth at the time he reck and on my dac report it say description backing struck stationary object . Now my Question is that who what can i do to get back to enjoy drive truck . Have a great day

I was injured by a mechanical failure of our semi. I have been sending out hundreds of applications and could not understand why as an accident free driver with Interstate Distributor Company I could not get a job. Being beat up by WC Attorney about not being able to get work. Only to find out a few days ago they sabotaged my DAC showing I had a preventable, terminated, not release negative drug testing. This knowingly false to my previous employer. I received my five year accident free safety watch after I went down with work injuries. They sent a letter of rehire. I feel they intentionally supplied information that was false.

That true to many thing goes on with companies with dac sometimes it should not be base on credit report it should manly be towards serious offences than less preventable incidents and I tried to get on with so many companies and I think if you leave once you get there and train and finish and tell dispatch you have an issue and they tell you we take care of it but do not tell you that is discrimination against you and that just not right. And employeer going out of business because boss got caught and layed everyone off because his stupidity that should not be against you and when you first started driving and trainer was training you was told come back in to search his trunck dispatch say they put you up 2 month in a hotel what would you do I told disath that I rather go home and find some other company that should not be on dac either.

I have 4 O/O trucking companies file claims on my DAC report " There were to many complaints" i never had a complaint filed against me, and have always with out exception been curtiouse with every customer. the so called "complaints" they are refurring to, is from me refuseing to take cheap frieght that would end up costing me to haul. So, be cause i wouldn't haul a 140k lbs load, for $1.25 with a 1200 mile dead head, i get this on my Dac report. what can i do to fix it ? One of the companies went out of business haveing all the drivers file a judgement against them, and had to file Bankrupsy instead of paying. and the other 3, everyone knows were giving cheap freight. As an owner opp, don't i have the right to say what freight is going to make me money? If not, then what is the point in being an O/O ??? help me here, Please !! thank you for your time.

koch trucking put on my dac that I violated company policy and drove a truck off the road after a passengers side steer blow out that pulled me off the road no fatalities no injuries the only damage was to the truck I was driving they had a history of not fixing mechanical issues with the truck I violated no company policy and the blow out cause me to go onto the right side median

Cause you want to no longer Drive teams cause Its dangerious ,and cause I didnt want to Drive teams anymore ,ive got an 5000 dollar debt,no job to pay it back cause Im now black listed...it should be racest in order for an company to just have the power to take away your career away and my mvr with the dmv Is good enough that I can keep my cdls ..I thought the only ones that could take my career was dmv ..I guess the companys should be issuing the cdls and the laws since they can discriminate at will ,even though its unconstitional by law ..and Nothing can be done since they have more money and all the truckers put together ..Hell dmv Is just an puppet to get o/o off the road as there compitition

This seems like such a common sense issue to me. Kinda reminds me of how someone can file a "PFA" (Protection From Abuse) or "Restraining Order" against someone without any proof or witnesses. We definitely have room for "Process improvement" with this matter.

Finally truckers standing together like all of you my name has been black balled. I cannot get a job with a name company. I have to work for these bottom feeding trucking companies to survive and keep a roof over my family's head. Come on driver's sign up and get it done!!!

These big companies don't care about you, your family or your health and never will. The reputation of truckers has all gone to hell. By us signing these petition we might just have an leg to stand on. Our government knows that DAC REPORTING is going to hurt us driver. That's why there are no more good drivers around. The trucking companies are hiring a bunch of F ups and they don't like when we stand up to them. If we do that, that's when the company lies on us even when you do everything that we suppose to do as a driver. So it's like a lose lose for us. Will not no more.
