I agree with everyone here, filing false reports on our DAC reports big companies think that's ok to do. Finally the drivers are standing up for something and not falling for anything. Let's get this petition sign to show these big trucking corperation that it's two sides to every story not just there's. LETS FIGHT BACK. :)

False information, company does not even exist at address that is shown on dac report. Shows a place in NC that are woods!!

I just quit working for crst. The trainers in orientation told us, so long as you leave the truck in a secure location that crst already uses then you will not have truck abandonment placed on your dac report. That being said, crst is now telling me that if I do not take the truck 4 hours away to there training terminal in Oklahoma city they will report me. I do not understand, my co driver and my self cleaned this truck to leave it in much better condition than when we got it. I even told dispatch the exact location where the truck is and that the keys are with the guard of this secure location. There needs to be a movement amongst the trucking community, otr and local as well. There are so many laws against us even though we keep the world turning, it is truly unjust.

Since when did your clean MVR mean nothing? It's EXTREMELY unfair that insurance companies and employers base their hiring and insurability decisions on a company that will print anything about you that their paying clients tell them to print about you...? What the +%#%# use of having a clean DMV report? It sure doesn't help me at all, along with a 500,000 safety mile award...I've been absolutely blackballed by every company I've applied for. It should be against the law for this company to report anything they cannot absolutely verify as the truth, or suffer the consequences!

DAC/usis is and as aways been a blackball service,usis tries to intimidate with their name even though they ARE NOT an US goverment agency in any shape or form. Knowledge is power,now more than ever,CDL drivers you need to research these company's just as much as they do you.

It doesn't seem like justice to me that the word of the trucking company is considered fact without any burden of proof whatsoever. The trucker is guilty until they can prove otherwise. Where is the justice in this?
