Trucking companies are full of lying scum bags that can't always get their way and force you through intimidation using DAC to do what they tell you to do or else.

i passed a random and 4 or 5 days later was asked to do it again for his own pice of mind and refussed to do it . and was fired for that. have it on my dac report now.

I have been blackballed for the past 6 years because of a slimy company.

Any system that allows a previous employer to control someone else's lively hood should be criminal. With this system, the previous employer becomes the judge, jury, and executioner. Sure we can file a dispute, but by the time that gets resolved, our families are living under a freeway bridge. Let's end this unfair, unlawful practice now!

Trucking company Central Refrigerated out of Salt Lake City, UT falsified my DAC. It was due to me quiting them once I realized the scam they were pulling.

I cannot find another trucking company to hire me because my ex-employer has falsified my DAC Report. I have applied for 30+ jobs without success. Every company tells me that I cannot be insured. The last company I applied at told me what was on my DAC Report. Two false entries have blacklisted me from any future employment as a truck driver.

E.W. Wylie put on my dac abandoned vehicle and hireright will not remove it. Company admitted they were in the wrong and are refusing to remove it. DAC is nothing but a way for a company to falsely accuse drivers and get away with it

even though I parked my truck at the terminal when I left the company for another one(no miles) NATIONAL CARRIERS stated on my DAC that I left my truck at and unauthorized location,which to another company it's sound like abandonment .it's hard to get work now
