major trucking companies will get you on the road but rarely will they get you home and they use the dac report to blackmail you into staying out for months at a time. basically forced labor with little to no rewards towards the driver

jb hunt put bad information on my dac I have tried to correct it through dac and have only been told that it has been verified. and when tring to complain through jb hunt they just hang up or do not respond to any written statements I write them

Clinic made a mistake and admitted to it!!company still fired me and ended my career. Drivers deal with enough on the road this is just cold hearted.

Warner enterprise gave me a bad dac report it's amazing to me they can put whatever they want without anyone to challenge them. You have to take any kind of job even to companies like Martin that's even worse we live in America for them to this role over the guy who don't have money to pay for lawyer's that's why they prey on young people

A trainee wrecked my trailer and the company put it on my DAC report, then kept me on the yard for a week thinking about just suspending me and continuing to let me drive, till a job verification came through from another company, then all of a sudden they say we are not firing you, we are agreeing to part ways, saying nothing about what the trainee had done.

These companies are abusing their position in falsely reporting to Dac and when these false reports are disputed its like a smack in the face when they refuse to remove it and Hire Right allows it because these companies are paying a fee, something needs to be done about this

On Craigslist most of these companies start their pitch with "family owned" or "open door policy" blah, blah... they invite you to fill out an online app. wanting your personal info. but are too ashamed to say what company they are. Covenant (Christian my butt) talked smack on me yrs. ago but everyone already knew what they were about. It never hindered my employment. If you're safe & accepted by co. insurance you're employed. Companies like that show their true colors to all.
