Premier, do you seriously consider yourself a Catholic ?

Spiritual nourishment is more important than physical nourishment. In regional Victoria we have a 14 day rolling average of 0.4. We can fit 50 people in our little Church and still meet the 4 square metre rule.

Some of the number restrictions are not consistent. Why are 5 people safe at a wedding and 10 at a funeral. The numbers for practicing someones faith should be consistent with eating in a restaurant

Why do you think people who attend church will create infections when they wear masks and sit apart? Of course religion doesn't fit in with communism does it?

We don't even have any Covid-19 cases in our region. We are well prepared to take all the necessary precautions, as indeed we did for a short time in July. It is unreasonable to limit our gatherings to 10 people, and outside our venue at that.

Reducing connection and hope has been a very big part of this campaign of fear in our community.
Faith communities need to find their courage and speak out. Well done

Our family is happy to cooperate with reasonable and proportionate restrictions but preventing prayer in a church with our community in a covid safe way is neither of these things. I am a nurse and my husband is a teacher. We are happy to put ourselves on the front line but expect you to treat us with fairness and respect our freedoms.

Please reopen our churches. We are being denied the thing most most precious to us which is our faith devotion Our Holy Eucharist.
