Do you agree to the following bill : "Every software, what has been released to a platform, must be released to all other active platforms, except the PC-exclusive softwares (antivirus,DVD-burners,etc.). Active platforms include the PC, game consoles newer than 8 years, mobile telephones and PDA-s. Smaller changes are allowed, but only if the original software demands more power than the platform has."

literally why is this still a thing in 2016?? developers need to stop gatekeeping their games and just let everyone play
