Keep it the same! I love that it doesn't have a tourist feel. If anything make bed and breakfast inns in old homes on the bluff!

Lack of footage, traffic issues, flow issues, scenic disruptions, would make this a disaster. The pier and beach drive are an integral part of Fairhope. Why would you want to destroy it?

This, if it were to happen would destroy the view, land, traffic, etc. I don't think the bluff would even hold up from a huge storm! Please, NO!!!

Construction of condos in this location would ruin public access to the pier and beach, the bluff...issues with festivals and 4th of July fireworks as well..also more pollution.

There are too many buildings, keeping with Fairhopes charm, that could be remodeled into condos. There are also too many other places it could be built.

How would this development benefit the community? I'm at a loss why we should scar a treasure the entire public is able to enjoy to benefit real estate developers and a handful of millionaires.

Having a large condominium there would ruin the parkland we all enjoy. And where would the residents park? I grew up in Fairhope and this would be blot on the natural beauty of the public bayfront.

Rampant growth in Fairhope must stop! There are many reasons to say no to this proposed project.
