My bill is twice the normal amount of last year without any extra usage. What gives?

I feel this is outrageous!! How can they get away with this and think it's ok...some of us are just barely getting by pay check to pay check.. and then they wonder why our elderly especially live in the cold with the decision to eat or freeze... something needs to be done this is totally ridiculous

My electric bill was "guesstimated", and my bill was almost TRIPLE compared to last year. I have NEVER seen a rep come to read a meter. NEVER!

There should not be a choice between feeding my family or paying my electric bill. North western energy is unfair to Montana families. They gouge families because they are the only electric company in the state of Montana. so that gives them the right? They were expensive before this hike! Stop stealing from the mouths of innocent hard working people! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Our bill was doubled these past 2 months. We are only a family of 2, and just do not understand how it can be this high. Hopefully we all get answers other than "it was colder"
