When people have to share utility bills on Eshare because they are on fixed incomes . It's time to look at your pricing . Montana winters are cold !! It's not our fault you have a short fall in your budget from miss calculation errors . Then pass it on to the consumer !! We work on a budget and not greed !!!

The rates are outrageous!!! This past summer we replaced EVERY light in our home with LEDs. Jan 2016 our kWh electric usage was 2208.00 and now Jan 2017 it is 4408.00 how can this be??? Something very underhanded is going on at NWE

The fees you are charging are outrageous. My DELIVERY fee was $155.61 for one month and my taxes were nearly $60. I realize you are passing on your raised taxes to your customers. I also realize your CEO is making more than a million dollars. If there was a way to change energy providers I would. You are a huge disappointment and stealing money from the average person. It is hard to make ends meet because of your continuing increase in fees.

I have to choose between heat and food and I have 7 kids to look after! It's outrageous and I'm sick of the monopoly. Something needs to be done when I keep my home at 60 freaken degrees all day and night and I'm paying $200 a month! That is ridiculous. My kids shouldn't have to wear coats in their own home.

Our power bill is out of control, I don't paying fairly but over $300 for keeping our house COLD is ridiculous.
