Ridiculous costs! Something should be done. We're on propane and pellet stove. And our bills are RIDICULOUS, and it's winter. Our $80 bill is now almost $200. And for what?!

I believe Northwestern Energy is taking advantage of customers with being the only electric company around. I don't feel that this should be allowed and that their should be tighter regulations against them.

Absolutely unacceptable for NWE to take an additional $200 from 2300 customers then confabulate hogwash to make ME feel in the wrong. I don't even heat with NWE. Shameful. This will not end here.

I no more then get my bill paid and it is back up to $220.. scamming Montanans by monopolizing things is wrong.!

Out power bill is always twice as high as REA customers but this month was exceptionally high

The amount of electrical usage that North Western Energy charged me was outrageous and unjust. I think they are price gouging the Montana residents and it needs to be regulated.

This makes sense now, I had no idea why my bill was more than double what is normally was. I guess I thought rates must have caught up with the winter months. We have a wood stove, and supplement with a propane heater. My bill that is normally under $200 shot up to $460 last month!

Our bill this last month was outrageously high and I know it wasn't that high last year as I keep all of our old statements. To say that it was based off of an estimate also is inaccurate, I'm not sure how they got to their numbers. It is so frustrating that they have a monopoly on the gas and energy industry here so people have no other option than to go with their company.
