Consumers should not have to shoulder the burden when equipment does not work. At what point is it NW Energy's time to take responsibilty for their own actions, equipment, and operational practices? Being back-billed due to faulty equipment, especially without any disclosure to the fact, is truly unfair and should be deemed illegal. Where is the PSC? The P still stands for "public".

Our bill has never been as high as it was last month. Even when it's really cold cause we heat with wood. It's not right that the power companies can charge so much for electricity

My bill was double. I do not use North Western Energy for heat. I was gone for half of the month and no one used lights etc. yet my bill was double.

I live in a tiny apt. My heater don't run at all during the day while in at work and my bill is 172.00 for 33 days. That is insane and I have no clue why its so high I've lived in way bigger places and it was never that high. In just wondering what's really going on.

NW Energy needs to issue refunds to all of the individuals who got jabbed with a big HUGE bill. This is not our fault!!!

this is outrageous!!! Our bill has NEVER been more than 156.00, I opened my bill for February and it's 349.00????? How the heck are people supposed to pay so much with no warning?

The price for January was awful. For someone who keeps their heat at a consistent 67-68 degrees for January. My bill was doubled.
