My February power bill was $347 higher than my January bill. The bill was almost three times what my January bill was. Not OK! I don't believe that this reflects one month of estimating the bill. My Nov. and Dec. bills were right in line with my Jan. bill. Nov. -Jan. were very similar to last year. There was also a huge spike in February 2016. What bill comes due for NW Energy in February?????

This is an outrage!! NO WAY a home with ALL LED's and gas heat used 4408 kWh of electric in one month!! NWE needs to be investigated!!! and fined for ripping off its customers!!

My last two bills !! One was over $400! My last one was $550! I do not keep my house warm! This is $100 - $300 OVER my normal!

My usage is usually pretty low. We free our butt off in winter to keep our bill down. The supply fees are rediclious! What, do they just pull a number out of thin air? This is not right! The last two months have been going higher and higher. With less usage.

Got screwed with a HUGE bill that Northwestern Energy said was the result of estimated readings for the prior 3 months. Significantly lower estimates, however consistant with my normal usage. When I called to question why my "actual" reading was so much higher than my several previous years of usage I was told "Maybe you got new appliances (no), maybe you had family staying in a trailer using power from your house (no), maybe one of your neighbors was stealing power (um...no)! Coincidentally those things happened ONLY when my meter reading was being "estimated". I call BS!

When NWE said they planned to pass on their 19 million in property taxes onto the consumers, the PSC sat back and did nothing. They let it happen.
