We deserve the right to choose which company works best for us!! This monopoly has got to stop. The average person can't afford to pay these prices and no one should have to choose between food or heat. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

We've placed LEDs throughout our home, hang dry our laundry as often as possible with little effect on our power bills because NW prices keeps going up.

Northwestern Energy abuses their power as a monopoly by charging outrageous fees. This has to stop! This takes money from my family's groceries, diapers, etc. It's repulsive and something needs to be done.

Couldn't pay all of our bills from this unexpected rise of power. Have enough bills to drown in as a working family with children, crazy high energy bill sure didn't help. Even moving to a small two bedroom apartment from a 4 bedroom house and the bill was higher than we've ever seen fora single month. This needs to be fixed.

I don't agree with rate hikes, It is almost price gouging! A monopoly on power! No one else to choose from. NW Energy can pay their own property taxes without putting that burden on their customers. They also need to be doing actual meter readings, not estimated. They have done that in the past.

The technical error they are claiming is just their miscalculations of estimated usage. Their statement says they miscalculated January, they compensated their undercalculation for January by over calculating February. They are saying those bills are what you owe. Still seems too high to me.
