Because of this outrageous spike and being denied an actual reading I will be reading my own meter! Tell me how only having one heater on in our daughter's room set at 60° in a 900 sq. Ft. Apartment costs $500 to heat! I only wash mine and my daughter's laundry once a week, my husband's about every three days, none of this adds up and this needs to stop! Only one working in the home because we can't afford rent, car etc. and daycare... Now power! Something needs to change! And I would love to switch!

Don't raise our heating cost to make of for money you lost. I love how big company's can do what ever they want. Somehow it's always the peasant people paying for it.

My bill has tripled in 3 months, I went from paying like 100 dollars to now about 400 for a month. It's absolutely ridiculous

I am on a fixed income and I would have to decide which medication I would have to give up to pay power bill.

I live with my mom and noticed the hike then within two weeks I got told by four others a similar story about this. What reason would a power company have to do this.

It's not any Montanan's responsibility to help cover nw energy's property taxes. It is hard enough for us hard working Montanan's to pay our bills and feed our families and Northwestern Energy has done us wrong but putting this on us and our energy bills.

If you corner the market as the only provider for electric services you can gouge the consumer! Don't forget about the dam that NWE sold years ago and recently bought back, they sold it, realized they made a mistake and now we're paying for it through hidden cost! We suffer for their mistakes!
