Highest bills I have seen in 11 years living in my home. Colder weather means my husband works less and is home feeding to woodstove. Consider our alternative heat source I am baffled at an increase of over $100!

Northwest is a terrible company run by greed heads, they don't care about the people they just care about making a quick buck as you can see by them raising rates and not properly checking meters

This is ridiculous in Great Falls as well. Over $100 spike on gas and electric?! This is unaffordable for families!

Without regulation we have no options, Northwestern Energy is it. This monopoly is creating costs that far surpass the wages of a large percentage of Montanans who live pay check to pay check.

My energy bill for the month of January was outrageous compared to my past bills. My bill went from about $60 a month to $130 a month. My roommates and I are really good about turning things off and not making the house too warm. I just don't understand how we can go from 60-130$ Oh and this is in Bozeman montana.

The rate hike is unbelievable and unacceptable. Our electric bill spiked out of no where to $400 for one month!! Which it had never been in the past ever. Normal hard working families cannot afford this!

Wow. I was blown away by the amount of my most recent bill. Not pleased to hear that it was an estimate. It was about twice the amount of this same time last year but the heat has been used pretty much the same.

I think they should be reviewed by the BBB for taking advantage of their customers, due to the monopoly they hold in Montana.
