How dare you raise prices on customers before exploring alternative forms of Energy.

My bill this last month was more than triple what it usually is for electric heat, no gas. The thermostat didn't change from what it usually is, no extra electricity. This price increase is outrageous. Even on budget billing my bill would have increased over 30 dollars.

These prices are way to high! California is 13cents per KWPH and they have higher wages then us! Ohio is only 7 cents per KWPH! We are 11 almost 12! This is way to high!

I hear your point. I have spoken to people and there are elderly people with government assistance for utilities who are actually out of that assistance with these bills.

I'm sure my bills was estimate because we're in a rural area and deal with roads difficult to travel on due to snow drifts. it would deter meter readers from enter our property for an accurate reading. Both Jan & feb bills were much higher than they've ever been in the 10 years we've lived there.

Power usage should seldom ( to never) be estimated. We all have meters outside for a reason... To be read before being billed. This practice of only reading a meter once a year is ridiculous.

My electric bill for January 2017 was over $250 for a 850 sq ft apartment. Twice the amount of my typical bill in January. The rest of the year my bill will average around $75.

My bill in Bozeman just keeps getting higher and higher I have asked for them to actually walk up and read my meter not once have I seen them do it. The only time I seen them at the house is when they were putting in their new system. Right after that my bill went from around $70 to over $150 I called and they said the new construction had no inpact on my bill. I beg to differ

We don't need a rate hike for our utilities especially at this time when our health insurance rates have gone up so much. How are people on fixed incomes suppose live??

We have to choose what parts of the house to heat because we can't afford $200-$300 electric bill for a tiny apartment. Shame on NW Energy.

The recent bill was almost double our normal bill which in itself is an outrageous cost, living in MT especially in a small town should not cost so much.
