My meter has not even been read in the last 3-4 months. My bill increased from 170 to almost 500. my bill is now 900 because I cannot catch up. When you try to make arrangements, you have to pay your REGULAR bill plus the past due amounts they will void the agreement and you cannot make another. Then you get the dreaded winter shut off notice... then the sign on your door within 2 weeks..

I'm a single mother, my bill was outrageous and now I am left to pay this. I have no extra money and we take every action of keeping costs down in my home. I'm so disgusted and have put myself in debt to pay for this enormous bill.

My budget billing has adjusted another $44.00 a month. We have 2 less people at home, far less gas use and the highest bills ever. Smh

The rates we are paying North Western should have a smart meters everywhere my delivery charges were 190.00 dollars.
They are outrageously expensive because they know they can they have no competition.

We live extremely light on electricity - we line dry indoors in the winter, no dishwasher, propane heat - we don't even own a microwave or coffee maker. Bill went from $170 to $460, Monarch, MT. Ridiculous. They claimed it was because it was colder this year, but the temp swings have been half and half - something isn't right here, but I feel like there's nothing we can do about it!

We have cut back our energy usage from last year and our bill doubled. It seems we get price gouged so the people who can't afford it or refuse to work for it get free utilities. This unfair practice needs to be investigated to the fullest.
